HeadbangersMerch is an online retailer of licensed Music, Movies, TV Series, Cartoons, Comics, Sports and Humour merchandise. The company was born in July 2011 and has grown from Metal Music T-shirt prints to all mainstream genre merchandise: T-shirts, Posters, Art-Prints, Wallets, Stickers, Key-rings, Action Figures, CDs, Books, Hoodies and More. Over 500 products!


Shipping Policy

  • The majority of our orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Some orders can take up to 5 days in the event of custom orders or stock shortages.
  • All goods are carefully handled and strongly packaged to withstand delivery.
  • All of our orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners like DTDC unless our customer requests another logistics company with an extra cost to the customer.
  • We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and prevailing surcharge at the time
  • No cancellations accepted once the product is in transit and out for delivery.
  • Orders delivered to business & residential addresses but not to public places.
  • We use a third party for delivery and hence cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed delivery during festivals, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances + closures.

  • Returns And Refund Policy

    Clothing

    Headbangers does not provide with a cash refund policy, hence:

  • Clothing returns must be done within 20 days of your purchase (based on our ship date).
  • Items listed in their description as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • If we messed up and sent you the wrong items, or if the products are damaged in any way: Please send us an email on [Add email id]. Once we are through with inspecting the merchandise you can opt for a Replacement or a Reimbursement.Please mention your invoice details when you email.
  • If you change your mind or you ordered the wrong size: Simply return the products in "as new" condition(brand tags)unwashed and unworn, for a credit refund or exchange (subject to availability of stock).
  • Credit refund: The customer will get credit points of the same amount as of the merchandise returned which they can redeem at any future date.

  • Please note that in case of return/exchange of product, the cost of courier and other transport charges to be paid by the customer.

    Toys, Games, Collectibles, and all other non-clothing products

  • Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition within10days
  • Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way.
  • If the item you received is defective, please send us an email. Once we are through with inspecting the merchandise you can opt for a Replacement or a Reimbursement.
  • We donot provide warranty or servicing on electronic products.

  • We do not accept returns of:

  • Any product(s) returned more than 20 days from the date on the packing slip
  • Any product(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any product(s) not in its original condition
  • Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

  • Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.


    Order Cancellation

    Cancellation by Customer

  • A customer cannot cancel his/her order once the order has left our warehouse for delivery.
  • Orders cancelled before deliveries are consent to full refund in 12-18 days.

  • Cancellation by Headbangers

  • We might not be able to process some orders made by customers under the circumstances of unavailability of stock and error in pricing or product information.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel orders for any unforeseen reason.
  • Cancelled orders that have been charged for will be refunded within 12-18 days.

  • How much will shipping cost?
  • This varies depending on where you are, how much you order.To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order.

  • NOTE: All claims for lost packages MUST be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.

  • The item I want is Out of Stock! When will you have it again?
  • It usually takes 3-4 weeks for items to be restocked, but that time can change depending on the time of year, our demand, and other projects that we're working on. You can use the 'Restock Me' function on the item page to be notified via email once the stock gets back in.

  • Can I get this shirt in a size/style other than what's offered on the site?
  • As of now, we can only offer what is on the site, and we do not offer any custom printing. However, as interest in any particular line grows, we can expand into those areas. For this to happen, the word about Headbangers has to get out there. That means telling everyone you know (as well as everyone you don't) about headbangersonline.com. When any particular design does well in our basic sizes, then we can offer them in others. Post an email or post on the shirt you are interested in. We check all the feedback!

    Order Status

  • How can I cancel an order that has not been processed yet?
  • If your order is still in the "pending" status, you can view it in your order history and cancel it. If you wish to modify your order in any way, you can cancel the order and place a new one.

  • What does Pending mean?
  • Your order has just been placed, or we have just received your payment. If all items are in stock, it will ship within two business days.

  • What does ERROR PROCESSING PAYMENT mean?
  • We had some trouble with your payment. You will need to contact us at [email id] to resolve the issue. Please mention your order number when you contact us.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
  • If your order is still in the "pending" status, you can view it in your order history and cancel it, or submit a change request. If your order is in the "processing" status, you will have to contact us at [email id] to see if we can still modify your order.

  • Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards — or you can return it for a replacement or credit refund. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 20 days of the date we ship out your order.

    We make an effort to make sure that all of our products meet high standards of quality, comfort, and expression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the situation. Note: Some products are labelled as a FINAL SALE in the description. These items cannot be returned or exchanged however, if you received a defective product we can replace it.

    Also, we actually do listen to your feedback. We know that not everyone has the same sensibilities when it comes to apparel, but we want to take your input into consideration as we bring in new items. We won't always agree, but we will always listen.

  • I think my product is defective.
  • We warrant every product we sell to be free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This includes defects in zipper pulls, zippers, snaps,and stitching. Headbangers does not warranty and is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, gnomes, accidents, natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be reasonably expected with normal wear such as rogue washing machines eating your clothing and the occasional sock. All manufacturer defect claims must be made within 20 days from the date of purchase. If you have any questions please contact our support team.

  • I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind and want to return my item(s).
  • For purchases of CLOTHING and ACCESSORIES*, all you will need to do is send the items back to us at the address on your invoice. Please include the invoice with the return along with a note indicating what you would like instead, or that you would like a refund. All returned items must be in "as new" condition. "As new" means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way. We cannot exchange or return items that have been returned with strong smells such as perfume/cologne, detergent, and cigarette smoke. "As new" also takes into consideration any orders that included any in-game codes. We cannot issue refunds on any item that included an in-game code unless the code has not been used. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 20 days (for clothing)and 10 days (for others) of the date we ship out your order.

    For purchases of TOYS, GAMES, COLLECTIBLES and all other non-clothing products**, please return the item in the original packaging including any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition. Items to be returned must be unused and unmodified in any way. If the item you received is defective, please contact us at [email id] to arrange a replacement or reimbursement.

    We do not accept returns of:

  • Any Toys, Games or Collectibles returned more than 60 days from the date on the packing slip.
  • Any Toy Game or Collectible that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

  • Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or is missing parts.
  • Any product(s) that were sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned complete.

  • *Hats, Scarves, socks, earrings, necklaces, belts, bracelets, keychains, lanyards, posters, stickers, wallets, buttons, patches, wrapping paper, mugs.

    **Headsets, glasses/eyewear, mice, mousepads, phone cases,LEGO sets, Papercraft, Construction sets, Action figures.

    Please do not mail us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
